"They charge me $35 dollars more bec i got there 1 hour early .the guy at the desk was so rude about it. i get to the room bathroom is so small the the sink is in the bed room. Elevator was glitchy. The tv didn’t work. Netflix would not show on the screen .. tv was so small it was level to the bed so you couldn’t see it. Definitely never staying here again."

"Parking was easy, breakfast was nice, I had kids so it was nice to get that meal to them, they loved the waffle maker. The hotel itself id never stay at again. We were on the third floor and there was a party being had in one of the hotel rooms a few doors over both Friday night and Saturday night which kept my kids up. There was used soap bars in our shower and although I didn’t see anything on the bed, I definitely had a good itchy going on. The pool was nice and not too deep, they supplied...

"Was disappointed we stayed 3 days and no one came into our room, we had to ask for towels and washcloths and more coffee pods, , and we told them that I was hearing impaired and needed closed caption on the tv they send a gentleman up (very nice) but he couldn’t get it to work he put in an order to switch TVs, never happened, was disappointed you had to buy breakfast, hallway floor was swept 1 time and was quite littered, pool and hot tub was great, all the folks were very nice. "We had a last‑minute emergency and couldn’t make the trip. I even told the Expedia rep that I had paperwork to prove it, but the hotel still refused to work with me. I wasn’t asking for a refund — just to move the booking to a date in July — and they still went ahead and charged me. Really disappointing experience from both Expedia and Hampton Inn, and honestly, I won’t be staying there again. "

"The 2 night stay was going great ...... Until check out morning. 5pm the previous evening, I requested a late checkout just in case I needed a little more time in the morning. They were supposed to fix it while we were out but no luck There was no communication from one shift to the other so finally at 9:30 at night we were given a new room The other problem was the entrance way was not level with the rest of the room and we tripped going to the bathroom at night."
