What a lovely surprise to find a small Christmas tree lit up and other lights simply strung above the windows. Immediately made me feel cozy and at home. Also, such a fantastic use of an overall small space. We were 3 adults and three children and were very comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed. We particularly loved that in the sleeping loft there was a toilet room. No one had to come down...

"Check in was Simple. The location of this rental is at a beautiful event venue-Suttle Ridge. This rental is the guest quarters behind the main quarters and there is also a beautiful pavilion with an amazing views. The main quarters and pavilion were rented for part of our stay. The owners were very transparent from the start about this. I mistakenly did not read the full amenities while booking and discovered upon arrival there was no air conditioning. "Everything about this house was thought through and well designed. We loved staying here and look forward to staying here again. The house is charming and decorated very well. "

"We had the best time. The boat was very roomy. We had 8 adults and 2 teens. We all maneuvered thru the boat with ease and the bathrooms were very roomy. The only negative thing I can say is when you flush the toilets a very ripe smell comes from the hole. Other than that we completely enjoyed our stay."
