"I had a great experience staying in this hotel from 3d2n! The front desk staff was so polite, professional and kind! Not the kind of professionalism i commonly see in hotels around the area compared to this! But staff’s professionalism at the cafe near lift lobby at level 1 can be better because i did asked them where is the nearest mart/7-11 and they were directing to each other to answer me so i did know know who to look at for the answer. Breakfast spread was decent but i love the laundry...

"I was bitten by Inserts on my hands and neck and we found inserts on the bed. Also, we were assigned on level 27 and every morning when the sun shine on the windows, it has the air pressure loud bangs sound which didnt allow me to sleep well. The locations is very near to KSL and may eateries. "

"Hotellet er noget gammelt og trænger til renovering. Værelset var ok for 2 overnatninger. Morgenmad er overvejendende kinesisk mad men stort udvalg. Shopping centret tæt på er halv tomt. Outlet er intet værd, alt for dyrt og danske priser. Nat marked er sjovt og billigt. Den bedste restraurant fandt vi lige overfor hotellet, fantastisk mad og åbent 24/7. "
