" Very Private and relaxing. Stargazing was the best couldn’t believe how many stars you saw with no light pollution.. Chipmunks Squirels ohh my lol and saw an Elk and a baby walk right by on other side of fence The house was clean and well decorated. It is an older house so don’t expect glamour but everything you will need for a relaxing trip. "

This house was clean and had everything we needed although we packed most everything. Communication was clear and we had no issues whatsoever. I would highly recommend this location!"

"We enjoyed staying at this location. It was very convenient to Westcliffe. The cottage itself was very cozy and comfortable. It was very clean and organized. There were a lot of amenities available if needed. I would recommend Cozy Wet Mountain Valley Cottage as an excellent place to stay if in the Silver Cliff or Westcliffe area. I would definitely stay here again if in the area. "

"This area of Colorado is beautiful, and this house is the perfect place to view the grandeur of nature. The deck surrounding the home provides beautiful views from every direction and there are many places to sit and enjoy the great outdoors. Inside the home, every window frames the glorious scenery outside. After a great night’s sleep on the comfortable mattress, the gorgeous sunrise from the master bedroom window was a pleasant surprise. When it rains the huge living room windows continue...

"The Hideaway was a beautiful place to stay. Very roomy, full kitchen, a pool table, and many books and puzzles--something for everyone. We found it to be quiet and serene. Enjoyed a hike through the property and especially sitting on the front porch. We were happy there was a garage. Where we live, afternoon rain is often accompanied by rain. Would definitely stay here again."

"My family and I were blown away by this lovely little place. Pete was very communicative and gave clear instructions for check-in. The place was clean and well-appointed, we had everything we needed in terms of supplies, games, cooking utensils, linens etc.The cabin is nestled in the woods, so you’ve got a good chance of seeing wildlife out of any window in the house, and we saw lots of deer, birds, and chipmunks. "Bungalow was easy to find, plenty of parking once you got in the front gate, and even had enough space to turn around a trailer. Perfect size for the two of us inside. Clean and well maintained. Far enough away from town to be quiet but close enough to find things to do and for groceries. Woke up both mornings with deer in the yard and the creek burbling in the back. Coffee in the chairs looking up at the mountains was beautiful. Overall, would happily enjoy another few days at this little...

"Lovely place in a beautiful area. Hiking nearby (Rainbow Trail - with Mountain Bluebirds), Royal Gorge 45 minutes away (highest zipline in the states - if you like that sort of thing), a tiny creek in back (panned, but alas no gold) and brilliant stars at night. It was just right."
