"I booked a two night stay at this historic Inn. Unfortunately it did not live up to expectations and I had to cut my stay short. The bathroom was in such bad repair and smelled like sewage that I refused to use it, which is why we chose to leave after only one night. The place has great potential and the staff is very sweet, but the place is dilapidated and in serious need of repair especially the bathroom of the Jefferson suite. "We stayed here with other family members. We had 4 of the 6 rooms. Each one of them was unique and very well decorated. One thing to note is when booking the second floor there are 22 stairs straight up!"

"The Inn was on a lovely property near a river walk. An amazing ale house is also on the property. Very quaint and comfortable. Games, books and a front porch swing were provided. Our hosts were accommodating and friendly. The Breakfests were exceptional with delightful farm fresh eggs and produce. Overall it was a very relaxing and fun getaway. A side note that Sperryville is a weekend town there was not much to do during the week. "

"Had a wonderful visit! Property was very clean and welcoming. Beautiful views! We enjoyed watching the cows graze. The property is a little off the beaten path and will be about a 20 minute drive to stores/restaurants. If you are looking for a little quiet time and wanting to relax this is the place! The property manger Amber was very friendly and hospitable. I gave her a call about the Wi-Fi, she was at the house to help within minutes, and got it working!
