"Lovely space in Giles! The horses were so beautiful to look at! The RV smelled sooo good! I wanna know what they use! It was a perfect little space super close to Mountain Lake Lodge, Cascades, gorgeous hikes! The drive alone to the RV was country paradise! We saw so many different animals. Just a wonderful little spot with a great host! The RV is decorated so perfectly and the outdoor space is adorable and a great place to relax!! 10/10"

"25 minutes from Blacksburg has everything you need for a great weekend get away for a football game, hiking and sightseeing! Mountain top views that allow you to see the Milky Way on a clear night with no noise from neighbors. This is a brand new, completely renovated property, very clean and the owner is extremely friendly and very easy to communicate with! "

"Rose Cottage was perfect and a delightful place to stay with dogs. The house had everything we needed and was so organized and welcoming that we were quick to feel at home. Jessie was so kind when we met. The fire pit and axe throwing down by the creek was so refreshing and the dogs were wild about running about in the huge fenced in section of the yard. We also enjoyed the deck. We're eager to come back when visiting our family and hometown again soon. "

It's an older building in a rustic setting, but the home has been updated and we found it to be clean and comfortable. The nearby creek is lovely. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again."

"My husband and I stayed for two nights while dropping our daughter off at Virginia Tech. I was slightly nervous, as the description of the house said rustic (in all caps). We were very pleasantly surprised. The house had a ton of character, and the property was beautiful. We enjoyed sitting outside listening to the creek, and watching the cows go by. The house was very comfortable, and clean. Unfortunately, we did not meet Daffy the duck. Hopefully next time, we plan to come back!"

"We are so happy that we picked the farmhouse as our home base for our daughter's graduation from Virginia Tech this past May. Aunts and grandparents were extremely comfortable with their own rooms and en suites. Everyone had a place to relax between activities and didn't even have to leave the house for morning coffee. We had family meals each night and anything we needed was right there in the kitchen. We had a private chef cook for us one night and she was also impressed with the kitchen! ...

"The old/new farm house is by far the best place we have stayed. It was amazing! The house was perfect inside and outside. Every little detail was well thought out and perfect. The bedrooms each had their own new bathrooms. The outdoor fire pit area was a big hit with our group, everything was new in the kitchen and the rest of the home.
