"A little shabby, but the bed was comfy, the room was clean, the AC worked well, and it had good hot water pressure. There was a complimentary continental breakfast, which was an unexpected bonus. Most importantly it was a reasonable distance from my destination for half the price. I would stay here again."

"My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. Staff was friendly and funny. Everything was clean. Price was great. Will try to book with them again when in town."

"Clean and efficient service. Golf course right next door. Friendly workers."

"The parking lot needs repairs"

"Absolutely excellent. Exactly as pictured. Very clean. Fast wifi. Great price. I'll happily go there if I ever need to stay in Ark City again."

"Great place to stay."

"We had a great stay! Crystal caught an error I made on the stay date, she was so kind to let my dog stay when I couldn't find a sitter, and was quick to take my call when I had a question. So glad to have a great place to stay in Dexter. Highly recommend!"

"We stayed for four nights during a heat wave, and the house was always nice and cool. Wifi also worked well. Very comfortable seating in the living room, and the bed was comfortable, too. The bathroom is older, but the shower was nice and hot. Just be careful stepping into the tub; it is slanted and can be slippery. The kitchen had the basics, but if you plan to do a lot of cooking, you might want to bring some of your own utensils like sharp knives. We enjoyed our stay and plan to stay here...

"Nothing fancy, but the place was clean and had everything you needed. I stayed while working in the area. Very quiet town. I will be booking again!"

"Very nice pet friendly property. Nice little place tucked in a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes for cooking our own meals. The home was very clean with the exception of a single juice box that was tucked back under one of the couches that we took care of with ease. The location is within couple minutes of a grocery store, convenience stores and fast food. A 15 minute trip brings you to Derby, Ks that has many more restaurants, shopping and...

"Overall, our stay was really pleasant. The location was ideal for traveling around the city. The house was clean and the rooms were spacious for multiple guests. The host was accommodating and easy to work with. The house had anything we needed for making meals and enjoying our time. Checking in had a minor mixup with times, but everything worked out in the end. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!"

"This hotel is not associated with Hotels.com anymore. I booked my room one year in advance and I got there and there was no vacancy. This business needs to be removed from Hotels.com so it doesn’t happen to somebody else. It was very frustrating and I had to buy camping gear last minute at Walmart, which was very costly. "

"Great place. Comfortable and as described. "

"I stayed at the cottage while attending the Walnut Valley Flatpicking Champoinship in Winfield. It was the perfect retreat for me. The bed was comfortable, I loved the air conditioning and the quiet. Dexter is a beautiful town in a beautiful part of Kansas. The cottage had everything I needed. "
