"The room was cheap, because when you turn on the light during the night, there’s roaches. We left in the middle of the night."

"Nice room & shower. Hotel is older, but in an historic way. Very safe - right next to police station & courthouse (free parking on street). They have bike storage & someone at desk all night."

The breakfast was the best one I have had at a motel in quite some time, lots of options to choose from. We would definitely stay again. We recommended to friends who stated that their stay was also great!"

"Nichole was so helpful. We were arriving after 7:30pm and she suggested the J Huston Tavern in Arrow Rock for dinner. She also made our check in after hours easy. This Hotel is lovely and the gardens were beautiful. We loved this historic hotel and the Railroad History. We slept in a comfortable post bed. It was more than a hotel it was also a museum for us. Recommend, recommend and recommend."

"Perfect house for a perfect stay! House is deceiving from the outside. It looks like a cute little cottage until you are inside. So much room! We all loved the decor and my daughter has requested a room designed just like the single full bed room. Everything was clean and tidy, the outside was perfect for our Easter festivities and the inside was perfect for game night, meals and just hanging out. We will definitely plan on staying again soon. "

"The Katy Kottage is an older home but nicely updated. The large kitchen, dining, and living spaces are open concept and very comfortable with pleasing decor. The one bathroom is on the small side but EXTREMELY NICE, especially the shower. Close walk to downtown. I’d definitely stay there again if we go back to Boonville."

"The owner was very responsive with questions, let us know about a problem that came up and when it was fixed. House was very well stocked with everything that we could have wanted to make ourselves at home. Very roomy. I would highly recommend this place and we are hoping to return in the future."

"What an amazing place to stay, in the heart of Boonville! At Debi’s place, you are close to restaurants, bars, the Katy trail & numerous Main Street shops & activities. Debi was an excellent host, made sure we had everything we needed & offered great suggestions for our little getaway. The place itself is cozy, exceptionally clean, well decorated & equipped with everything we needed. There is a full kitchen, an extremely comfortable bed & a smart TV. We can’t wait to come back!"

"The shower was not very clean, and there were spiders on webs in the corners that had to be cleared out. However, the owner was very attentive. An issue came in the bathroom that was out of his control, and he sent the handyman to see us immediately. When it was apparent that the issue could not be fixed during the night of our stay, another bathroom was made available for our use.The kitchen was fully ready for cooking, and the bed was clean and comfortable."
