"The room was very basic. No hairdryer offered and after a long drive could not shower. The room was cold as the heating was broken. We were provided with a heater the next day. Groups of people from the complex seemed to meet outside of our room talking until 3am. Being on the ground floor, we the guests upstairs were very noisy. There is a wonderful little cafe on the complex called the Hen and Hog. Great staff and delicious breakfast is offered. I probably would not return to this motel...

"The Riding fool was perfect for our little family! Comfy beds, very clean facilities, great smelling towels and soaps in the washrooms, excellent common room with games and pool table, great place to meet people…and a place to store and fix our bikes to to it off! Common kitchen area with everything. And in central Cumberland where we could walk to everything. We will definitely be back! But for longer:) Thank you so much!!"

"This is a fraudulent listing. When we called to check-in the phone was answered by an intoxicated person who refused out stay. VRBO provided us no ability to cancel or return our funds. From my conversation with the intoxicated person they are a tenant that is renting the home illegally."

"The room was small however it was clean and had everything you needed. The host had incredible communication and got back to me within minutes of sending messages. It made a very busy weekend much more enjoyable as I did not have to worry about check-in or questions going unanswered. I would absolutely recommend using this accommodation for friends and family in the future."
