"Surprisingly ok room. The hallway was smelly, but the was not. Yes, the building is older and rather worn, but for us it was ok. Not Best Western standard, but the price was also a lot lower."

"Overall the stay was very enjoyable. Staff were welcoming and accommodating to us. Food was delicious in the restaurant. Would most definitely stay again."

"Clean, reasonably priced, good location and friendly service."

"Loved the larger room lay out."

"Great location and that’s why I think they can skimp a bit on amenities- virtually no storage at all in bathroom-like none- they could easily but a vanity in or inexpensive shelves over the toilet-must stream TV which is fine except the Wi-Fi in M30 for the main TV literally took 30 seconds plus to switch between channels-very few hangers in closets- might be a bit picky but they charge premium prices-service- the front desk clerk flat out lied to me which was confirmed by the manager(I didn’t...

"Loved it! Very clean a home away from home. Attention to detail was superb. "

"Luxury absolutely not, convenient yeah. Walking distance to just about anything you need but it was far from being a “luxury room” I have plenty of photos to prove that. No outlets in the bathroom, lots and lots of water damage through out the place. Window unit air conditioner, filthy walls, missing knobs on closet door (having a very sharp screw sticking out) 100% not worth the price. Couch had a broken leg and disgusting stains on it. The big bed had a bent leg, markings all over the walls,...

"Very clean and nicely done property. Very close to college. There’s a hot tub which is a nice addition but I wasn’t able to utilize. I just ran out of time. I love that I could bring my dog and there’s a nice fenced in area to let him play while I was unloading and loading the car. Couldn’t ask for a much better place. I’ll definitely stay here again."

"Comfortable and clean, great location."

"Perfect for what we needed. Great cabin in the woods, clean and quiet. Would definitely rent again next time we are in town for a horse show (World Equestrian Center) is very close."

"Property was clean and spacious. It had easy access to WEC and to restaurants downtown. Excellent communication with proprietor. On site washer and dryer were definitely a plus."

"The living room carpet needs to be professionally cleaned or replaced. You could not walk on it barefoot. The sofa was sunk in on one end - you had to put a pillow under it to even sit comfortably. Also, the cot in the living room was shaky and sunken. All four of the kitchen chairs were shaky, one so much so that we had to remove it so no one would sit on it and have it break. The thermostat was set on 68, which was too cold for us. It was programmed, so we could not change the setting. I...

"The property was very nice. My only complaint is the 1/2 bath was located in a weird place off the laundry room."

"perhaps a table on the patio and more towels please."

"Great place Great location very private perfect getaway spot can't wait to reserve it agin next year"

"Wonderful hosts and property!"

"What a lovely place. The only possible improvement I could suggest is a waste bin in the bathroom. Super quiet, charming and comfy place."
