"Clean space in a nice small town."

"We were in town for a baseball tournament at Grand Park in Westfield and Championship Park in Kokomo. Grand Park was about 7 minutes and Kokomo was about 30 minute drive. The location was ideal situated between the two parks with minimal traffic. The property was in the country off the road a bit it felt very private. Well maintained with a nice grass area for the kids to play. There was a covered porch with table and chairs. The layout of the inside was nice with the bedrooms downstairs...

"PROS: comfy beds, excellent communication, clean and tidy accommodations, beautiful property, DONKEYS!!Only con for us was the creaking from upstairs was somewhat loud and woke up our light sleepers but we would definitely stay again in spite of that. The owner was so gracious and welcomed our guests and gave us food to feed to the donkeys and those sweet animals definitely have our hearts! Would definitely recommend this property. "

This home has a unique layout and as described to sleep all our friends. The kitchen was well equipped for making a breakfast / meals for your friends or family. "The home was very clean and well maintained. It's the best home we have stayed at in the last 11 years. There were plenty of beds for everyone. The kitchen is big and had everything we needed. The yard was very nice and there was a lot of parking. The house has a lot of room for a large family. The host was great and helped us with anything we needed and also was very easy to communicate with. It was a great experience for everyone."
