"The host was very understanding and helpful. I missed an important house rule, and she understood and worked with me. The house got extremely hot Saturday night and was hot until we checked out. I think the owner has the thermostat set on a certain temperature or timer. It came on for a few minutes, then cut off. I mentioned it to the owner, but I think the message got lost in our other messages. Other than the house being hot at times, everything else was great. I would definitely stay...
