"First room they gave me, the need was broken and the latch to lock the door was barely hanging on. They did upgrade me to a larger room, but the TV didn't work. I told the staff in the morning but when I got back out still want fixed. So the evening shift fixed while I was out. They were helpful but the place itself seems in disarray."

"Very small, dark basement apartment in an old house. Not much natural light. Did use the hot tub as I wanted bc getting in it in a very small bathroom presented too much of a challenge for me. So I showered, but ended that quickly as only extreme hot or cold water came out of the shower head. Bedroom was bigger than living space. Couch made of an itchy material. The pt was clean and presentable, just dark and dank."

Comfortable beds are a top priority and they did not disappoint.The kitchen space and supplies made making dinner so easy. "My husband and I, daughter and family stayed for four nights while attending a family wedding nearby. Darin was quick to respond to any questions we had along the way. The home is beautiful and very well stocked with anything you could need. The patio area and grills were wonderful for gathering at mealtimes and time in between. The swingset was a good size for preschool age children. The huge yard was great for lawn games! The weather was cooler, so the pool and game room were visited...

We found ourselves having meals or games there when we had guests visit as the dining room table in the kitchen was quite small. "Everything was very good. There were a couple things that were needed though. The handles on the fridge were loose, and the bathroom needed towel hooks and a small table to put personal items on. Otherwise excellent!! We enjoyed the comfort in the bedrooms and futon. Very clean. Zanya spoke with us on our way out and she was eager to make those improvements! We will be back. "
