"We loved it!! The home was beautiful and very clean. The beds were soo comfy!! We enjoyed the complimentary wine and various options for coffee! The location was perfect, with an amazing view of the hills and cows! We also stopped by Bob’s Burgers in Martinsburg, NE. So good! We loved the projector screen as well. The hot tub was AMAZING. "The property is wonderful!! It’s in a great location and community. The only thing I would encourage the host to do is to make sure the vrbo listing includes it is with the guest house/apt. Sign since it’s upstairs. I would also include some restaurants in the area like Vermilion or Hawarden. We went yo Central cafefor bkfst. It’s delicious and just a short drive. This is a great place to stay and I would recommend it"

"It was like a home away from home but with an incredible view. Front row seats to beautiful sunrises and sunsets while surrounded in a symphony of birds chirping, frogs croaking and the gentle flow of a creak right outside the front door.
If you're looking for a place to get away from the city, do some fishing and enjoy time with loved ones, this is the place to be."
