"The hotel staff was amazing. The only thing I have any complaints about were the pool. There tiles around the inside part of the pool were extremely dirty and the hot tub was also dirty. As a registered CPO, I notice these things."

"Every one in first shift was very polite and extremely helpful. 2nd shift not at all. They did double charge me for my stay on top of my initial deposit. But the manager and lady on 1st shift has worked very hard to get it back into my account. Now I have to wait on my bank. But the motel itself was very nice and I will be back."

"Excellent and spacious room. Very clean. The hotel was newly renovated and is easy access on and off the interstate. Fenced in parking and well lit. Multiple cold and hot breakfast options to include some health options. One thing to note is you can hear the freeway noise from the room."

"It was not clean at all, and it smells like cigarettes. But the staff was very nice."

Upon arrival, we found used Q-tips on the bed headboard, a dead roach on the bed, and dead insects at the bottom of the toaster. The microwave was filthy and smelled awful, and the floors and room had a strong urine odor. The lobby also appeared as...

"As soon as we walked in the room we could smell animals had been in there. We went down to the front and she was very nice and moved us to a different room. As soon as we walked in there we could smell the same thing. I went back down to the front desk and again she was very nice. I told her that room smelled the same way. She was going to move us but I told her I was going to use my spray. I understand they have no control over people that have their pets. If you have pets it’s a great place to...
