"Very poor service. We arrived a day late due to flight delays and had tried to contact reception to let them know - without any luck. When we arrived, the front staff claimed we didn’t have any booking though we showed them a printed receipt which confirmed booked dates and payments. After a lot of discussion they downgraded us to another type of room but it felt like we should be pleased that they even found us a room and didn’t charge us (again!). "Lots to love about this one-bedroom in Scarborough! Clean, modern interior, and lovely private yard/garden viewed through a wall of sliding glass doors. A ten minute walk to the Scarborough shops, community pool, restaurants, beach, and Thursday night "Sunset Market" (music, food trucks, and great vibe by the beach). Martine is very responsive to any inquiries. My husband and I are repeat customers! "

"An amazing accommodation. Honestly we could not fault one single thing. When you open front door the WOW factor rushes from your mouth.A short walk to the beach, a short drive (go to Floreat Beach to enjoy free bbq, lush green lawned area, kids playground and fabulous viewing of the sunset).picnic dinner. "The property is close to the beach, it has a nice pool, we were staying at the second floor with view from the bedrooms over westcoast highway. Our client expected to watch Big bang theory, we couldn't set up our Netflix, the TV had only dtv. The apartment is close to a variety of shops and facilities to visit "
