"The filters in the AC were totally encrusted in thick dust. My partner took them out so I could wash and dry them and put them back in. This is something that really needs to be addressed and regularly. Apart from that everything else was great. "

"This was one of the quietest venues I’ve ever stayed in. We didn’t hear anyone else all afternoon or night! The staff were lovely and we got a free drink each. Shops over the way, was easy to get gluten free food too. Will stay again. "

"My booking got cancelled by the host on the day that I was about to arrive. Can you imagine all the stress that my family and I had been through trying to find a place to stay at the last minute? "Wow, this place from the very arrival to leaving you made us feel like we were family (even hugs when leaving). Heidi and Micheal are absolute super stars , you guys rock, next visit I'm sure we can sit and share a bottle of Wine. The apartment and facilities are first class, we cant wait to come back and use the outdoor kitchen. We loved the horses and even Mr Chaz was enjoying himself. We don't have any negatives and will be recommending Uleybury to all. Again thank you Heidi and Micheal Love...
