"The premises were underwhelming. It was neat enough and clean enough, but the little things that make it welcoming were missing. For example, an information booklet on how to use appliances would be helpful. A welcome printout on the area would be appreciated. The kitchen could have been better presented, the fridge could have been cleaner, the crumbs in the toaster could have been emptied. There certainly were enough dishes, glassware and cutlery but no placemats, paper serviettes, or cotton...

"The living area was fantastic, with a large island bench that was perfect to stand around while eating and drinking. Two outside areas were very pleasant to sit in regardless of weather. Parking was an issue in the local area, with some guests having to park quite a distance away."
