"We absolutely loved our stay at Nautica residences in Hillarys. The location is perfect with shops, food, beach and aquarium steps away. The property feels super secure with gated entry at all access points and the below ground carpark was very convenient and secure also. Our room had 2 bedrooms each with an ensuite which was wonderful and the kitchen was fully equipped for all our needs. "Beautiful property within walking distance to the beach as advertised. Has everything you need. Ceiling fan in bedroom and stand up fan in living room were fab as we had to request air con. We were in Oz during 30 degree summer heat and as the air con was controlled by the owner in the main house, we were unable to keep it on, or adjust temperature and power levels. Would be absolutely perfect otherwise. "

The welcome pack contained everything you you required to start off your stay plus a few extras. "Nice, renovated, lovely big house with large modern kitchen and 2 bathrooms with great baths. We arrived at check in time at 4pm. The cleaners were still there, and they had not finished the job. Beds not made properly, floors not mopped, laundry sink dirty, pool was very small and had not been cleaned, leaves and sand in pool and a spoon, someone's swimming costume in the garden, weeds in the garden. outside bins overflowing and stinking .
