"The perfect size place for our two couples, and wonderfully located to the water and primary commercial district. Extremely comfortable beds, and the place was fully stocked with everything we could need to enjoy our time in Whitstable. The owner clearly identifies the steepness of the stairs (which they are), but at no time did they impact our enjoyment of the space. If you are looking for a good value in the location you want to be, stop looking and book your stay here!"

"Birchington-on-Sea is a small seaside town with a pleasant beach at Minnis Bay overlooking the Thames Estuary and the Reculver Towers further up the coast where the bouncing bombs were tested. There are a number of buildings from the interwar period or inspired by them but the jewel in the crown is the Twentieth Century Bed and Breakfast. The owners, Kat and Spencer are true aficionados of the period and is demonstrated by their commitment to the renovation of the property and the interior...

"The cottage is centrally located in Whitstable and is beautifully equipped for both comfort and style. We had a very enjoyable short stay (2 nights). The hosts were very helpful."

"Nothing wrong with the stay, but spent days and days longer 'proving' who I was than spent in Whitstable. Truvi even tried to say I needed a passport to travel about forty miles and needed an identity card to collect the keys (they wouldn't accept my senior bus pass). Key holders also wouldn't release the key until I'd made another payment over and above the two-day rent. I'd already paid the owners and was committed, so I sent more money. A complete con, in my opinion. Wouldn't trust anything...

"A lovely stay in a perfectly-located cottage tucked away. Nicely decorated and perfect amount of space for 1-2 guests. "

"Great cottage style accommodation. Kitchen/dinner, living room with a sofa the turns into two separate single beds, bathroom with powerful shower and comfy double bed on upper floor. Tv in living room and kitchen. Great for our family of four with two teen kids. Will visit again!"
