"Enjoyed my stay, suited me well for my needs, would only request one thing…a pen and note pad would be wonderful."

"Listing didn't indicat that it was in a 7 story block of flats. Check in information was was confusing and toke time to figure out how to get in. Lighting was extremely poor, especially in the bathroom area, which made it difficult to do make up. Seemed to have every appliance except a toaster. Flat need maintenance to the back door, the sink tap spray water everywhere, needs better lighting, blinds that block out the light, over the door hanger stop the door closing. Don't want to be overly...

"A lovely apartment, well equipped and perfectly clean. Ideal for long-term stays. Its location is excellent for transport, shopping, cafes and other eateries. Sigrid is an attentive host and so easy to interact with. I'd definitely stay there again!"

"We loved how close it was to the train station, a huge convince for myself visiting perth for work in the city. The hosts were the most friendly and welcoming I have ever experienced in 10 years of short stays. Great kitchen with views in all directions."

"Good value for money, we upgraded on arrival for a nice room overlooking the river with a bath. Bed was comfortable. Location is at the far end of town so quite a walk to the cbd but lots of buses and easy parking. "

"Great hotel with comfy small rooms, the hotel is in a good location within the free transit zone of Perth makes getting around really easy. The room service menu is quite small and expensive though. "

"Great hotel in area where not much is happening. Lot of hospitals in the area and a few restaurants. We travelled as a family and liked the hotel. Only 200 meters from train station, so you can be in downtown Perth in 15-20 minutes. Breakfast is not a buffet, but a la carte. If you have breakfast included in your stay, you can choose an item from the menu for free. Only thing is that only instant coffee is included, so if you like real coffee, you will need to pay for it yourself. Rooms are big with large TV. Great service from the hotel staff. Complimentary champagne and candy in the reception. "
