"I really enjoyed my stay here -- rooms with beautiful views of the ocean and friendly, helpful staff. On-site parking and a well-executed breakfast were much appreciated. The Hotel is 10 meters from the water and faces west (amazing sunsets!), and super close to the main square and market in town. Folks at the front desk were very patient with my limited Spanish and incredibly supportive when my travel plans shifted. Overall, this is a solid place!!!!"

"Charming and rustic hotel - love the wood craftsmanship and wooden ship details. Beautiful sunset view from the upper loft above the restaurant. Very clean and simple rooms at a price not seen in the USA since about the 1980’s. Food was excellent and breakfast buffet well appointed. Definitely would stay here again if we return to Chiloe."

"Vi blev meget vel modtaget af to unge medarbejdere, som var meget imødekommende og venlige under hele vores ophold. Man kan tilkøbe en fin morgenmad. Stedet er hyggeligt, men der bliver varmt på værelserne, når temperaturen er mere en 20 grader. De unge mænd som arbejdede der, var søde at låne os en fan. Det ligger lidt væk fra byen, og man skal op af en seriøs bakke, for at komme ind til centrum. Når man ikke må smide toiletpapir i toilettet, ville det være rart, hvis skraldespanden på...

"We loved our stay at this beautifully designed hotel. The views are amazing, the food and wine are delicious, and best of all, the owners Monica and Rodrigo, and the staff are so welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Chiloé is definitely worth a visit, and the Estancia is in a fantastic location with lots to see and do. Even though we were only there for a couple of days, we still managed to visit Castro, hike in the national park, and take a boat trip to see the penguins at Punihuil on our way back...

"Staying at Estacion Hostel made my visit to Chiloé 200% better. Sandro was so helpful in giving suggestions and sharing sightseing routes by local bus. I would never have seen so much in 4 days if it wasn’t for his help. The place is super clean and there is a big kitchen with all amenities. It is a hostel with private rooms and shared bathrooms, but there was 3 bathrooms/ toilets for the 8 rooms, so always one available. If you are willing to pay the extra cost you can have one of the rooms...
