"⭐☆☆☆☆ – Absolutely the Worst Hotel Experience I stayed at the Exton Hotel and Conference Center from Friday, July 31 through Sunday, August 2, and it was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The conditions of the hotel were deplorable. The bathtub had rust stains, the shower did not work properly, and there was only cold water. "This was my second stay here, I plan to be back every year when I come to Downingtown. The staff is very friendly and service-minded, the rooms are nice and everything I could ask for in this category of hotel, the breakfast buffet is really good, and the hotel itself is nice, clean and easily accessible. The only flaws I can think of is the the room I got on the second floor was noisy (but they moved me right away when I asked for it), and the waitresses often forget to give me and my colleague...

"The place was amazing!! The staff super helpful and friendly, and the breakfast cannot be beat! Made to order omelet station, breakfast potatoes, bacon, sausage, yogurt, cereal, muffins, pastries, just everything! It was one of the best stays I have had. And the area is wonderful. Do not miss out on the Brandywine museum of Art and the Longwood Gardens. I’m going back for sure!"

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel appeared clean overall but there was black mole on the wall of the shower/tub. The hot tub was out of service and the pool was so cold I was only able to get in once for a very few minutes. The lack of amenities was very disappointing since they were the primary reason I chose to stay there."
