"Hot tub was too hot to sit in. Shoe prints on the ceiling in the room. The door to the bathroom was incredibly heavy and loud. No breakfast included. Phone didn’t work. Had to use my cellphone to call the front desk to complain about the people above us being super loud until 6am. They didn’t end up doing anything to fix the problem. At check in we didn’t receive any information on amenities, WiFi or anything. Took my credit card and handed me my keys. Extremely disappointed in my stay."

"We had 3 rooms 1. Floors had not been cleaned in bathroom - contact on floor, main area - clumps of mud on floor 2. Alcohol bottles under the bed 3. Asked for room to be cleaned since we were there 4 nights- did not happen, the comforter was a mattress protector - didn’t get a comforter until last night and was not put on bed just given to us, the thermostat did not work and maintenance was not available on Monday"

"This was an amazing place. If you get there early enough in the evening there are several great food choices in the market. The property was an old train station, so it has lots of character and charm. I would stay there again!"

"Great continental breakfast with many options and plenty of seating. Cute and welcoming lobby. Rooms were clean but a little outdated. Friendly staff. The pool and spa were warm and clean."

"The bed was quite comfortable and there were enough extra pillows! The room was clean and the pool was in good repair and clean. Lots of parking and within walking distance to a restaurant. Everything worked as it should. There is a fairly good selection of breakfast items however the quality was unremarkable. We ended up eating a couple of small things and then went out for breakfast a short time after."
