"The house was very clean, and we appreciated the stocked pantry with paper towels, kitchen supplies and spices. Although we didn't have children with us, the house is child-friendly with cute kids' games and water toys. The beds are very comfortable, and the owner is responsive and helpful. We appreciated the access to the kayak during our stay. The checkout process was easy and reasonable. Would definitely recommend staying at this property. "

"The house was a very practical base for exploring the MD Eastern Shore. It is a comfortable house with an idyllic setting beside the water and with shade trees that do not obscure the view but do provide shade at the water’s edge. Plenty of windows from the kitchen/dining room, downstairs living room, and table tennis room open up the water views. The setting is relatively quiet, just a little background noise from a distant bridge, and we saw Great Blue Heron’s and Canadian Geese in the water....

"Beautiful home and wooded lot, just steps from the Choptank River. The owners are friendly & check to make sure you have everything you need to be comfortable. We arrived very late the first night and they left us coffee and cream in the fridge for the next morning. This property is very private, yet close to all shopping and dining. Crystal clean in-ground pool, dock with chairs, firepit, fishing poles, grill, kayaks. We will be back! "

"Only complaint, the blackout drapes were almost two feet too short. I had to barricade the windows with couch cushions to block the lights entering at the floor level up to two feet high. It would’ve been nice to have a light switch to turn off lights on the terrace (never found one). That issue aside, bed comfort was decent with a variety of pillows. Bathroom was clean, room was comfy, spacious, had a great view (paid extra for it) and the hire is in a convenient location - within walking...

"Wonderful greeting and assistance from front desk. Quiet room and considerate and welcoming staff. Breakfast is provided as a courtesy and was mainly fruit (orange and apples) yogurt, french toast and powdered eggs. Coffee and juice. Just enough to get your day going. We felt safe and comfortable. Good location for St. Michaels. Quick drive into the main street and lots of free parking. This motel is a good, reasonably priced option."

"Så ikke et smil i receptionen. Bad om bedre værelse. Sagde der intet var ledigt selvom vi kunne se utallige ledige værelser både på dagen og næste morgen. Meget larm fra motorvejen. Bookede da der stod der var balkon. Det viste sig at være fælles gangsreal uden for værelset. "
