"Place looks pretty rough from the outside, but the room was clean and felt fresh and inviting inside. View of the lake is minimal - it's pretty far away and across the highway, but still nice. The girl who checked me in was cute, friendly and helpful. There are NO amenities, lol. "

"Great stay! The cottage was clean, cozy, and very pet-friendly. We loved that it was close enough to town for convenience but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet. It was the perfect spot to relax and explore the area. We'd definitely stay here again!"

"This place is a real gem, especially for the price we got it for. Everything was clean and fully stocked when we arrived. Loved the decorations everywhere, especially the sun room out back. There were many nice to haves like firewood and extra foodstuffs in the pantries. The documents that were sitting on the table gave all the information we needed, contacting the owner was pretty straightforward and efficient. My group loved meeting the goats outside haha. "The accommodations were wonderful and comfortable. Our two dogs enjoyed the yard instead of being on a leash. They also enjoyed seeing the neighbors cat. Lol"

"Stayed here for a wedding that was occurring down the road. Unfortunately, I ended up very sick with a migraine on the second day of my stay. I was able to close everything up and darken the area and my surroundings were kept quiet and uninterrupted while I recovered.Just a couple of comments about the experience:There are a couple of soft spots in the floor by the entryway and in the bathroom. "Had a great stay. Outside area was a decent size and where we spent most of our time. House definitely needs a few updates/fixes but it works as a place to sleep. Would of been nice to have a dehumidifier or something because it was very damp smelling. Atv trails were very close so that was nice. "

I’m amazed at the generations that have cared for and improved the space.The space was cozy and made us feel relaxed. Everything was tidy and clean!
