"Ridge Royal was a very nice and luxurious experience. The room was very nice, clean and spacious. The staff where very friendly and extremely helpful whenever I needed something or had questions. The only minus was the extremely hard pillows, but I guess that’s normal in Ghana since they’ve been like that all the places I stayed there ;) The hotel is close to the city and it’s easy to go to all the attractions from there. I rented a taxi for half a day and went to first Kakum, and then the...

"The rooms were neatly decorated and clean. Hearing the waves just outside our window was relaxing and therapeutic. The free breakfast choices were well thought out and the staff were fantastics! I recommend this resort."

"Erg duur voor de prijs. Het ziet er op foto veel mooie uit dan in het werkelijkheid. De bedden zijn niet comfortabel, het lijkt of je op een harde vloer ligt (op zijn zachts gezegd)"

"Goodwill was amazing and very professional. She is a real asset to the company."

"The compound seems fairly new. They do events, weddings, parties and conferences. It is on the main road within walking distance to stores, restaurants, bars and street markets. It is also close to the bus stations. Rooms are nice and clean. There's a security guard on site at night. The staff was nice and helpful."

"Should have earned 5 stars - but apparently we got there during renovations, so we really could not have full access to amenities that we in the process of being brought in or managed in some way. Apparently the website needs some attention as well - the hosts could not see our whole reservation. We were about to leave and find another hotel, but the hosts did some last minute shifting around to make a one night stay tolerable."

"What an awful experience, where do I start? A few days before my trip I contacted the property. The owner first said he couldn't host me because he was fully booked and asked me to cancel the reservation. After a few exchanges he said he could host me if I booked directly with him (at a higher price than what I had booked). At that time I could no longer cancel my reservation without paying any fee so, after he said he wouldn't respect my reservation I reported the issue to Expedia. Not so happy...

"Misleading Listing, Extremely Poor Road Access, and Property Not as Advertised Our experience with this property was very disappointing, mainly because the listing does not accurately represent the reality of the property or its surroundings. First, the photos shown in the listing are misleading. Some of the images do not accurately represent the accommodation we stayed in, and, more importantly, none of the photos show the actual surroundings or the conditions of the roads leading to the...

"The moment I saw the property, I knew my family would love it. Sometimes pictures don’t do a place justice, but this one exceeded our expectations. My wife even loved it, along with the kids, which brings me so much joy. The owner was also very responsive and willing to help with anything we needed."

"Tranquility haven is indeed a "Serene oasis! Love’d the lush greenery, gorgeous gazebo, and peaceful vibe. Perfect spot to unwind and connect with nature. Great host, clean space, and tranquil atmosphere made my stay truly relaxing ""

"the property was excellent and detailed love the master suite"

"This hotel is the worst hotel I have ever been to. The photos on the side are fake, internet not working or very, very bad, air conditioning not working, no cleaning for 3 days, I had to ask several times, bathroom lousy and toilet was running constantly. Don’t ever go to this place!!!!!!!!!!"

"The property is convenient to the medical center which is what I needed. The room was comfortable however more attention needs to be paid to detail cleaning especially in the bathroom. Toilet seat was dirty with urine and there was no toilet paper."

"Dejligt hotel med fantastisk beliggenhed"
