"Everybody was very friendly and nice and helpful there at the property. I enjoyed that the rooms were cleaned, and there was plenty of towels, even though there was just two of us that checked in there was plenty of towels that we could take a shower each day with a clean . The breakfast that was included with our stay was very good. We drove down for family weekend and She decided that a quiet weekend on the lake would be better than the hustle bustle of Knoxville. We hired a fishing guide to take us fishing and then watched the football game on TV. The house was perfect. "

"Studio 3 is a wonderful place to stay. It is furnished nicely. I really appreciated the washer and dryer and the fact that the hosts supplied a couple of days worth of detergent. The hosts were phenomenal! On the night of our arrival some really nasty storms rolled in causing a power outage. They were super helpful with all information that they had available to them and willing to help make things more comfortable for us until power was restored. "We rented the house just to have a spot close to another property in the area. The house was exactly what we needed. There was on site laundry and a covered parking spot which was super helpful as it rained during our stay."

"Cabin was clean and as advertised. Hot water issue was handled very efficiently and we were notified of the progress throughout the process. Driveway was steep and narrow. My husband is an excellent driver but we almost flipped our truck attempting to back up the driveway. We sustained some damage to it. Beds are hard and difficult to sleep on.
