"It was quite an experience. When arriving the entry (rotation) door was out of order so the side entrance has to be used. Check in worked fine and a very helpful receptionist di a very good job, but then we went to the room: - The phone did not work so to get the WiFi access I had to go down to the reception again. - There was no water for the bath tub, so Shower it was even there was a very nice bath tub, disappointing. There was no sanitary paper in the room - The TV in the room was the...

"Very noisy! My room was facing towards the goods-in area to the hotel. Very annoying to hear the very early morning delivery in roller cages Fitness room quite worn. The machines are in worse shape than me... Treadmill is good 👍"

"Tutto perfettamente pulito e in ottime condizioni. Personale molto gentile ❤"

Kamer is goed.

"This is a beautiful and modern property. However, everything does not quite function easily. The shower doors do not contain the water when you shower. The place could have been a little cleaner as the sinks have flat bottom and do not drain completely. The check-in process was very difficult since we parked the car in the garage and there were no directions to the elevator from there. (Huge property) There are only directions if you arrive by cab. Our traveling mates, who arrived ahead of us,...

"It has been an amazing vacations in one of the most astonishing places here in Valencia's surroundings. Penthouse pool with bar it's extraordinary. Improving a little bit the service in common areas."
