"We had a wonderful stay. The staff were excellent—friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The spa facilities were fantastic, and we especially loved the Finnish sauna, Turkish hammam, and the pool area. The breakfast was delicious with a beautiful view, making each morning very enjoyable. The hotel is conveniently located in the old part of the city. It takes only about 5 minutes by car to reach Labi Hovuz, from where you can easily explore the main sightseeing attractions on foot....

It is two star hotel the place where you can find cockroaches flies.. in addition this hotel that doesn’t have a conditioner for hair, lotion moisturising or magnifying mirror, bath robe. Usually 4.5 star hotel would have that. When you walk in the front desk wears gym clothes, an often found sitting in the lobby on the coaches. "The reason we booked this hotel for our family with 3 children was to use the swimming pool. However we arrived in April to be told not opening the pool for 3 days! So after we have left. Expedia and hotel website do not say it will be closed in April. We had to move hotels. "

While in Bukhara I had my birthday and the manager had ordered a birthday cake for me - the absolute sweetest!! I have never been treated so good at a hotel. Plus, the hotel location is excellent- walking distance to everything. Highly recommend this hotel. "
