Scott was super helpful and got us checked in. We didn’t plan on having to drive our 21 year old son 3 hours away, and spending the night, but we did and the Comfort Suites team went above and beyond to exceed our needs. Thank you"

"The rooms was not senior citizen friendly, not seating(chairs), bathroom area not cleaned and floor dirty. "

"The cleaning staff left our room unlocked all day, when we returned after a long day the room was open and thankfully nobody had taken our stuff. "

"The room and bathroom were very small, the toilet itself rocked so it was loose on the floor , the handle on the coffee machine kept coming off so you had to use 2 hands to close it , the staff was dismissive and rude. "
