"WISH WE HADN’T!!! . No lights at all working on communal stairs so pitch black up to top floor apartment apartment. Stuff from other flats left on stairs so added to trip hazard. Kitchen poorly equipped , we had to go and buy something to cook in , no bread board , peeler etc. oven was disgusting, oily and old burnt food left in it . communication on location and flat number very poor so we ended up knocking on other people’s doors until we got a call from Vrbo finally . This is in an ideal location, close to both Beeston Railway Station and Beeston Centre, where frequent trams take you straight into the centre of Nottingham. The room is spacious. "From the moment we arrived our host “Kristie”,looked after us throughout our stay. The Stables were super clean and had lots of lovely touches that make a real difference to a short break. Hot tub was squeaky clean and crystal clear, robes, footwear, towels of great quality were provided too. We will be back and we highly recommend both the property and host, too marks 😀"

"Everything was clean and the beds reasonably comfortable. There was a microwave and a kettle, although these weren't mentioned in the info, so we thought we wouldn't be able to make a cuppa or heat some food, so we hadn't brought any food with us. There was only one cup for two people, but a second one was brought promptly when asked. One of the plugs didn't work, which caused a minor inconvenience. Hot tap dripping quite badly, wasting gallons of water. "

"Unhabitable!! Some of the issues we reported! Mould in the bathroom, stains on the bedroom floors, existing damage to the kitchen worktops, signs & symptoms (gurgling) of kitchen sink becoming blocked, patch repairs on the walls and tv remote control missing its back plate and batteries. Shower tray was allowing water to escape resulting in puddles of water on the floor after each person showers and therefore becoming a slip hazard. Shower head leaking and water temperature fluctuating...

"Arrivés à 19h30 avec un bébé de 1 an, partis depuis 7h du matin de Marseille on est arrivé à l’accueil pour un appartement de 3 chambres. Et là on nous dit qu’il n’y a pas d’appartement réservé pour nous alors qu’un montant de 711, euros a déjà été prélevé sur mon compte. On s’est retrouvé dehors à Nottingham dans une ville qu’on ne connaissait pas sans hébergement. Ce n’est pas de la faute de cet établissement mais bien de Expedia!!! Et depuis j’attend squ’on me rembourse!!!! Je ne peux faire...
