"The cabin we booked looked nothing like the one we were actually given. We traveled with two young children and were placed in an outdated cabin that was not safe for families. The loft had no railing, there was an open drop from the loft into the living room, and the stair opening was a 3 ft opening in the floor that had no protective railing which is a serious fall hazard. My 7 year old couldn’t stand up in the loft so this is obviously marketed for children to sleep up there yet it was...

"Room was clean. Booked for 3 nights for 3 people, but only had 3 bath towels and 1 wash cloth. Breakfast was hot and area was clean. Ample parking."

"The hotel sent an email the day before arrival saying my reservation was cancelled due to "unavoidable circumstances". There was no additional explanation given. No refund was mentioned either and I was told to refer back to Hotels.com for any possible refund. This was the weekend of the local University's Homecoming/Student Preview which I was attending so it was impossible to find a replacement hotel on such short notice. My friends in the area said it was a good thing to not stay here though....
