"Balcony was nice - had a hard time getting temperature in room right- but did manage to get it to warm up- coffee maker was horrible- water jut sat in where pod went- so weak and no flavor- but left early to go get coffee- other than that nice room for price"

"We initially enjoyed our stay at Lil Black Bear Inn. We were promptly greeted by Jim and shown our room. The room & property were nice & well kept. We loved it! We did, however, find ourselves at odds with Jim at breakfast on our 2nd day. On day 1 we had an accidental, minor spill in the dining room. "DON'T STAY HERE! Expedia should be ashamed for recommending. Checked in the evening for a two-night stay. Guest has a medical condition and it very important the room be non-smoking and clean. "Overall a nice property, room was clean and comfortable."

"Great value with a good breakfast"

"Check in was very easy. Breakfast was great. Room was very clean. Great relaxing atmosphere! Highly recommend"

"Only issues were finding the correct street entrance and providing turkey sausage at breakfast should have been pork sausage instead or some of both and the AC compressor in this room was very noisy when it clicked on."

"We stay here every year in October...very clean and everyone is so nice and helpful...we will keep staying here when we are in the area!!!!"
