We walked into a room where a resident was still staying there then the next morning at breakfast there were no forks and we had to ask the manager for half-and-half for our coffee, we were surprised that our room wasn’t clean the first night and we were informed that it’s only done every two nights which we were only there one night."

The only negative was that there is a flight of stairs to the living space and another flight to the bedrooms.The pillows and mattresses were very comfortable.The garbage pickup was a bit confusing. In the handbook it said to put garbage out on Friday but you must look at the schedule posted on the refrigerator. Recycle is picked up every other week. It would have been nice if this schedule was mentioned. We only...

"A large group of us stayed here for a graduation at CU. It was a beautiful location was a gorgeous mountain view, and had very large public space (including the kitchen) in the house-- great for parties. The house is about 20 mins from Boulder and 35 mins from Denver or the airport. It is was perfect for us that none of the bedrooms are designed for children (no bunk or twin beds -- all queen or king). The master suite is fabulous."
