"The restaurant on site was amazing, beautiful meals. Room was spacious and comfortable. Bathroom was a good size and well appointed. Starbucks coffee machine with pods and creamer also complimentary. We stayed on the side overlooking the pool. The room had a slight smell of chlorine and unfortunately the blinds on the windows did not block out the light in the pool area that remained on all night. "The Oak Bay Beach Hotel is a beautiful, clean and generally well-maintained property, and the mineral pools and setting are certainly appealing. Unfortunately, our experience of the service did not match the standard we expected from a hotel of this calibre.

"Overall a nice place to stay. Located just outside of downtown victoria with easy access to the highway. Would be a great place for families to stay. Rooms were large and clean. TVs were large (bring your own Netflix). Beds are soft. Pillows were large and comfortable. Complimentary coffee and tea available. The small microwave and in room bar fridge were great. Hotel piol and waterslide were open during our stay but the hot tub was closed. Sauna was a huge perk. Staff were friendly and helpful....
