"Beautiful little house in Waverly, right down the street from Waverly's businesses and dining options. Convenient parking in the driveway and a fenced in yard. Stairs to the second floor are a little steep, so be sure to hold the railing!"

"This property in my opinion was a great place to stay in Waverly! The apartment itself was all newly remodeled. The use of the small space was clearly well thought out. The decor was perfect and the unique little treats left for us from shops on the same street made the stay extra special. The only negative thing I could even say about the stay is the stairwell & hallway are pretty sketchy.
