"I really enjoyed staying at the Margaritaville in Bossier City. It was a beautiful hotel, the staff at the front desk were phenomenal. We walked in without a reservation at about 7:30 PM and they were very helpful. They got the Bell boy to take our bags to our room while we parked the car. So we didn’t even have to take our luggage up. That is huge for women that are aging gently. lol. We Had a great time at the casino. And the room and all of the pictures in the elevators and in the lobby...

"Great stay! Friendly staff. Only thing, we reserved a room with 2 queen size beds and we got 2 full size beds. A little uncomfortable sharing with family. But the stay was great!"

"This was my second stay at this location. For some reason the exterior doors were poorly sealed (2x). Many small bugs flying around room. Had to jam towel in door gaps to try and mitigate."

"Unfortunately, the shops on the boardwalk has closed, so not many shops around, but it was a nice stay overall."

"The hotel was in generel what to expect in this price range. But there is a lot of noise coming from the road just next to the hotel. It is very trafficked and with trucks honking all night. Also there is no breakfast even though they say there is. A granola bar does not count as breakfast! I can not recommend this hotel to anyone. "

"The lady working the breakfast this morning was so kind and helpful. my daughter and I have a gluten allergy and could not eat the biscuit breakfast sandwiches that were out. She went and found quiche for us. She was so kind. Also, the property is very clean. The room was spotless. The staff overall were just completely welcoming and helpful. Thank you"

"After checking in and entering our room #421 the room felt warmer than the AC unit stating 64*. We were gone most of the day Friday but when we returned the room was very warm. I just assumed the AC unit would eventually cool the room down some. Around midnight the unit showed FO (Freon out) so the rest of the night we sweated it out. Saturday I inform the clerk at the desk and he did have a new unit put in while we were gone. The two drawers to the desk/dresser would not stay closed. I will say...

"Booked for 2 nights. Only stayed 1. No refund for the 2nd night, even though Expedia told them to. Foreigners, am I right? Should've got refunded for the entire stay honestly. Entire place is trash. From the baseboards to the curtain slides to the flickering lights. Whole place smells like smoke. I highly recommend.... literally anywhere else."
