"Historic old motel. Staff was very helpful. Room was very small and for a two person room their was only 1 chair. A lot of noise from the street."

"Black mold growing in bathroom with a very strong mold and mildew smell. Mattress was worn out and needs replaced. Staff members are being over worked. House keeping should not be working 14 days straight. This was a conversation I overheard while getting coffee. In no way and I saying this to get the staff members in trouble. This is a company issue. Hire enough staff to cover the work so they aren’t over worked."

"spend the extra money this is not a good place"

"Kedeligste morgenmad nogensinde. Alle værelser var “Ikke ryger værelser”, men de lugtede grimt af have været røget i tidligere. Der var ligefrem flere brændemærker efter cigaretter på gulvtæppet. Grundlæggende burde alle tæpper på gulve (og vægge) skiftes, da der hele lugtede gammelt."

"Out host Karen is so nice. She thought about everything you would need and put it the room. The castle has beautiful lights over most of the property. Unicorn and fairy garden found on property. Karen shared some of her veggies and they we yummy. Thank you so much for everything you did for an outstanding stay!!"

"I needed a place to stay while visiting family and was thankful to find a place in the country that would allow me to bring my dogs (one is deaf and has a very loud bark and one is a bully breed). They had a blast getting to see lizards for the first time. The cabin is amazing in a very quiet setting with wildlife just walking through. We had an amazing time and thank the hosts for letting us stay"

"Everything was great!!"

"Had a great time this place was amazing. The steam shower and hot tub were why we got this, and they did not disappoint. Very nice and romantic plus very close to all the attractions. It was also quiet and peaceful."

"The place was very clean and perfect for what we needed. The starlight was perfect very good Internet. Very convenient next to the marina."

"Clean home, cleaning things provided which was helpful.. Did wish there was something that showed the pool house was under construction at the time of visit. "

"I am so thankful Karen shares the Castle with others. It was such a peaceful and beautiful stay in nature. It was the perfect place for travelers with dogs. This is definitely a place I recommend others enjoy."

"Very nice property in a quiet location outside town. Enjoyed sitting on the porch while the rain poured down."

"Very nice place. Tiny but clean with full kitchen and large fridge. Very remote and nice to see the rural views and hear the birds and cows. Tricky to get to, but directions provided were spot on. Just next time please arrange for there to be clear skies so we can see the stars "

"Wonderful stay with great views, spacious back porch, and close to many Ozark attractions and trails. Laura was extremely helpful with anything we needed. We are planning to make this a yearly trip!!!"

"This place was great! The house has a great wide open floor plan, which was wonderful for our toddlers. We loved hanging out in the deck in the evenings, and our dog had plenty of space to explore on the property! You get privacy while also being close to the main road. Close to lots of beautiful hikes and close to river access and nearby campgrounds. The property owner was great with their communication regarding the property, and check in/out was seamless! The house was very nice and our kids...
