"My room was moved to a "pet friendly room". I was ok with that until I went in the room. Pet friendly rooms should have a bordered platform under the box spring so cats cannot get under there. The material under the boxsprings were torn and half of it laid on the floor. Looked very tacky. Before I brought my cat in I looked under the beds with a flashlight. They were absolutely filthy with a sticky trap for bugs under each bed. If a cat put a paw in there to investigate a dead critter,...

"Staff was courteous and allowed us to check in an hour early, which was very nice. However, there were several issues with the room.
