"Very nice staff but the hotel is of extreeme poor standards. The rooms were sort of clean but carpets were very dirty. We had 2 rooms, 1 of standard room-size and 1 smaller than a closet. Breakfast options were small and we got offered just coffee or juice. Not both so we hade to decide. Everything about this hotel itself, the surroundings, the breakfast etc was so bad that se decided to leave the hotel after just 1 night allthough we had prepaid for 2 nights. Only positive to say about this...

"The hospitality from the lady was brilliant, dinner in evening was delicious and enjoyed the morning breakfast. I slept well, my 14 yr old son struggled a little due to music, it was 10pm though. Maybe hotel could provide ear plugs? Love the room and bed. Shower was great, drinks were cheapest I’ve had in long time. 😁"

"The hotel is in the middle of farmland. Close to sites nearby IF you have a car. Bar and restaurant included as well as spa and training possibilities. We didn’t took advantage of that. We ate in the restaurant and the bar. Unfortunately the mrs’s Steak was all most impossible to cut which was a draw back from a pleasant stay. Got compensated with extra wine. Staff very attentive and service minded. Big rooms with lots of light. "

"Our stay was a delight from start to finish. We had planned to drop our case and head off to Cardiff before check-in but the room was ready 2 hours early so we were able to check in then! The room was gorgeous. Beautifully decorated and clean and spacious. The shower was lovely once we got to grips with the temperature control. The kitchenette was well-equipped and a lovely touch. The hot tub was fantastic with clear instructions. We were even able to use it in the rain due to the little roof...

I was very pleased The breakfast was unexpected too. A lovely lobby with comfy chairs and dining tables, with a very good range of continental and some hot items. Buffet style so pleanty!.
