"Great stay! "

"Our room temperature was 65 degrees at check in late in the evening. No response when front desk was called. Next morning it was 58 degrees. Front desk response was "I'll make a note for the manager when he comes in." No maintenance response. The body wash dispenser was empty. There was debris in the kitchenette sink."

"When we arrived and checked in we went to our room and when we unlocked the door with our card there was someone still using the room. So we went back to the front desk to tell them there was someone still in the room the staff had no clue that there was someone still in the room. The person at the front desk got us another room and when we got in that room it didn't look like it was even cleaned. There was hair in the sheets of the bed and hair all over the bathroom floor. "Reserved a 2 queen, they gave us a king and pull out. Would not switch or give us a refund. The pull out was peer springs, no mattress."

There was trash on the floor by the nightstand. The charger didn't work on the one lamp and the outlet was blocked by the nightstand. "Our group booked rooms here while traveling for a funeral this week and unfortunately had a very poor experience with the condition of the hotel. One of the rooms in our party had heavily stained carpet and furniture that appeared to have bodily fluids or vomit stains, and it did not look like the room had been properly cleaned before check-in. "Bathroom inside is super small and not much privacy as you can hear everything and the ac unit I think is in need of replacing as it didn't cool down in there very well. No running water in the cabin. "
