Lowlights: 2 minute noodles were in the kettle from the last client, and the adjoining brick wall had about 4 or 5 finger-sized holes drilled into the brickwork, which were really a bit odd/creepy. We blocked them up with paper in case they were cameras? More likely just nail holes for artwork, although a bit low for that… but surely there’s a reasonable explanation. "The unit was attached to a private house but was private with lockable car parking. The breakfast choice was very good and we had enough fresh milk to enjoy cereal, tea and coffee. If you like to use a face washer you should include one in your luggage."

"It’s a small, simple place to stay. It doesn’t have the bells and whistles of some other places but everything you need for a night or 2. 10 mins from Mansfield, warm and comfortable. Would love more comfortable cozy seating for the cold wet evenings inside."

Sewer smell a little rubbish bins were full on arrival inside bins were half full so we took our rubbish home drank bottled water as from the tap looked a little discoloured otherwise great location peaceful and quiet. Rooms had everything that was need and comfortable there was no range hood so we cooked outside which added to the experience. "

"The place was very comfy, with all your needs. We stayed 3 nights. The main Bed was comfortable, bunk was good, accept you couldn't sit up and read. Catered for children, with high chair and some toys. Great for young families. But we are an older couple, and we found the stairway a killer. And to top it off the bathroom was down stairs. "What an amazing place! As the cows greet you down the driveway with their inquisitive faces, your met with 2 huge old timber barn doors. The farm stay itself is perfectly laid out with everything you need, including air conditioners in the bedrooms which we certainly needed. Great lounge and bathroom and while we didn’t get to enjoy the courtyard looking out onto the paddocks and more animals I wish we had another night to watch the sun go down. Couldn’t recommend enough. "
