"The hotel did not charge a deposit to my credit card at check-in and allowed check-in after 3:00 p.m. The room was clean, and extra washcloths, towels, and tissues were provided upon request. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The side entrance did not work with the room key card after hours, which was inconvenient. The bed was comfortable, and the pillow was comfortable, although it was smaller than expected. There was a slight delay when using the TV remote control. The refrigerator...

I had an amazing room with great interior, the staff both at reception, restaurant and bar were not only very polite in a sincere matter they were also extremely competent. "Our room was fairly dirty in all corners, under the bed, and on bathroom surfaces. The vanity mirror light did not work until we fixed it. The room had a strong, pretty unpleasant smell that when waking up the next morning, stuck in your nose and throat. The manager was very nice and helpful, though. Not the worst place we've stayed, but there could be many improvements."

"No amenities, no restaurant, no bar or bar options, pool not available(empty), ice machine not working, tub would fill up with water when having a shower, shower faucet was stiff and hard to operated. Extremely dated hotel. Cheap but too dated. Staff were polite but at check I was not asked how my stay was. Probably because they are used to getting rather brutal answers."
