There was no ice in the ice machine and the vending machine did not dispense drinks. The shuttle was not ready for airport transfer even though it was requested ahead of time and the staff was not all that friendly."

"The staff was outstanding. Upon checking in we had a couple of minor things that needed to be fixed/added in our room. When I notified the front desk, the person on duty personally took care of it within 15 minutes! I was very impressed-and appreciate-their level of customer service"

"Best hotel in Greenville when you can’t get the place downtown!"

"First room had such intense ammonia smell I had to change rooms. 2nd room musty but better. 1st room also missing fire alarm. Just wires exposed"
