"Overall, family friendly. My headboard had a large stain on it, which was off putting. Lots of stains on furniture in common areas as well. The food was overall very lackluster as well as supremely overpriced. So, not sure we’ll be repeat customers on this property. Would not recommend on a holiday weekend couldn’t find ANY seating at the pool which is frustrating when you’ve spent well over a thousand dollars on a room."

"There are very few places like this that we have stayed that we enjoyed so much. It is definitely an old, historic home, so it is going to have uneven floors and high-risers on the stairs. But if you are the kind of person that loves old homes, none of that will bother you. It also has a screened sleeping porch as well as an open porch that looks down over the beautiful yard down to the creek. "The apartment was extaly as advertised. Our host Patrick was great and accommodating to all of our request. Even for a later check out."

"The check-in process was very simple. The directions to the location were excellent. We make all of our own meals and did not find anything lacking in the kitchen. The place was neat and had a very comfortable chair and couch in the living room. We would definitely stay there again. My one comment would be to check the water pressure in the shower."
