"The room was not IHG STANDARD Clean.. I would know as I am a former General Manager of Hilton Property, and prior IHG Front Office Manager of this brand.. floor was filthy, bathroom shower door leaked under the bottom of the door and poured water all over the bathroom floor, cleaned it up with a clean towel and the towel wiped up all the dirt left on the bathroom floor that the towel was discolored with dirt and filth.. walking barefoot in the actual room I had to wipe my feet off of the dirt...

"We stayed in room 103 for the night before my oral surgery, it was so clean & felt so fresh! My only complaint is the air conditioner was loud when it turned on but that was no problem to me! Would stay here again if I had the chance "
