"The Dead Sea Spa Hotel was a pleasant surprise. Great value for money and a perfect location at the Dead Sea. The food and the staff, particularly Mitze was lovely. Thanks for making this stay fantastic."

"The location by the beach is spectacular and the staff were all incredibly nice. The rooms are spacious and clean and the beds are comfortable. I had a partial sea view which was very lovely. The rooms do give off a 80s or 90s vibe and could need a makeover, but it seems like that may be coming up soon. I could have appreciated an extra lock from the inside on the door too.

"Very disappointing stay. The hotel is in serious need of maintenance and improvement, especially regarding cleanliness. The mattresses are old and uncomfortable and urgently need replacing. What shocked me most was the widespread smoking, even indoors, including the reception and restaurant areas. This is extremely unpleasant, unhealthy, and unacceptable. As someone accustomed to four- and five-star hotels, I would rate this property no higher than 2 to 2.5 stars. Cleanliness, comfort, and a...

"The keeper at property will ask for extra money for non sense things! The reservation changed in last minute while driving there so I had to take whatever option available! The deal I paid for includes heated pool but on arrival i paid 35$ just for the heated pool cash! Pool remained cold! The owner so nice and available but the keeper was annoying! "
