"We had reserved a room with a roll in shower. When we arrived the young lady at the desk didn’t see the request and put us in a regular room. I explained that my husband was on a walker and had difficulty stepping over into a tub. She immediately searched and located a room for us and made the switch. "This was without a doubt, the dirtiest motel I have ever stayed at. I had to personally clean the floor of our room so my kids weren’t kissing filth all over their feet/clothes. When I asked for extra towels to do so, no one offered to come clean it for us or a different room and they were even hesitant about giving us additional towels. "I liked that there was a decent breakfast offered and the area for eating was clean. The menu was fairly good. The staff was courteous and professional."

"The room was fine, clean enough. The noise level was too much - I had asked about a quiet room and the front desk attendant put as right next to the elevator across from a room filled with screaming children who continually slammed doors. Front desk staff left mops out while not in use, and the stairwell was FILLED with old mattresses - made me wonder if there was a bed bug issue? I have never had an issue with a La Quinta before, this one made me think twice about staying again."
