"This is a unique property. The house is beautiful, but it was a little difficult to tell what exactly we were getting from the listing. We wound up with a room with an en-suite bathroom, which I would definitely recommend, otherwise you may be sharing a bathroom with complete strangers. We stayed here as part of RAGBRAI, so it was completely full and folks were definitely having to share a bathroom and coordinate showers. Not a huge deal, but we were happy to have our room with the bathroom. All...

"House was immaculate! Host was very responsive. Property is pet friendly. Great space for 4. Couch was comfortable and plenty of room for our group. Fully stocked kitchen had 3 counter stools. Kitchen was equipped with everything you could’ve needed. Huge walk in shower with double rainfall shower heads on main level. Would 100% stay at this property again. Heating/AC unit very comfortable and wall fireplace toasty as well. Huge screen tv in living room very impressive. "

"Our family has rented this home three times over the last year thanks to its wonderfully welcoming atmosphere and comfortable amenities. This particular trip found us in the middle of a winter storm. The maintenance crew was prompt in coming to snow blow the driveway and all walkways, making sure everyone in the party stayed safe. "We really enjoyed the quiet atmosphere and watching the farm animals. The WRC fishing was a bit disappointing, but there was an area fishing derby the morning we arrived, so they might have been a bit timid. The house was very neat and felt very homey. The kitchen was nice, although there was a sign posted about not longer providing breakfast supplies starting in 2021. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and will most likely come back in the future."
